Refund Policy
Last updated: 9 September 2026.
This refund policy explains the conditions under which MB Arzenon (hereinafter — Arzenon, we) refunds payments made by Clients for the services provided, and how a Client can file a complaint or initiate a dispute resolution process. This policy applies together with our Terms of Service.
1. General principle
The services provided by Arzenon (SEO, GEO, AEO optimization, Google Business Profile management, website design) are individually performed work requiring time, specialist resources and, often, interaction with third parties (e.g. Google). Therefore, as is customary in the services industry, payments for work already started or completed are generally non-refundable. At the same time, Arzenon aims for a fair and reasonable resolution in every case, so each refund request is assessed individually.
2. When a refund generally does not apply
- when work within the agreed scope has already been started or completed (e.g. website analysis carried out, technical changes made, content created, profile optimized);
- for past or already-started billing periods under monthly services;
- when the Client cancels services for reasons unrelated to the quality of the work (e.g. a change in business plans).
3. When a refund may be considered
A refund or partial refund may be considered if, for example:
- Arzenon, through its own fault, failed to begin providing the agreed services within the agreed timeframe;
- payment for services was made in error or twice (duplicate payment);
- a prepaid period or work stage had not yet been started.
Each such case is examined individually, taking into account the work already performed and the terms of the agreement.
4. Monthly subscriptions
VPS / server hosting and management (from €40/mo.), website maintenance (from €12/week, €30/month or €200/year), Google Business Profile management (from €30/mo.), and SEO, GEO and AEO optimization together with the package are all provided as monthly subscriptions. The following refund conditions apply to all of them:
- once provision of the service for the current month has begun (i.e. profile, website or server maintenance, monitoring or optimization work has started), payments for that billing period are non-refundable;
- the Client may cancel the subscription by giving Arzenon written notice (by email) 30 days before the start of the next billing period (7 days for weekly billing). Cancellation stops future payments, but does not refund the amount already paid for the current period;
- the cancellation procedure and notice period are set out in our Terms of Service and Withdrawal Policy.
5. How to file a complaint or refund request
If you believe a service was provided improperly, or you have another question related to payment, contact us by email at info.arzenon@gmail.com, stating:
- your name and surname or company name;
- the invoice or payment date;
- a brief description of the situation and your request.
We aim to respond to all complaints and requests within 5 business days of receiving them. If a situation requires more time to examine, we will inform you of the next steps and an estimated response date.
6. Execution of an approved refund
If a refund is approved, the money is returned using the same method the payment was made with (where technically possible), within a reasonable period from the date the decision is made.
