Withdrawal Policy
Last updated: 9 September 2026.
This policy explains the procedure and conditions under which a Client may withdraw from (cancel) a services agreement concluded with MB Arzenon (hereinafter — Arzenon, we), operating together with our Terms of Service.
1. The 14-day right of withdrawal
If the Client is a consumer (a natural person entering into the agreement for purposes outside their business, trade, craft or profession) and the agreement with Arzenon is concluded at a distance (e.g. online or by email, without the parties meeting in person), then under the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, the Client generally has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days from the day the agreement was concluded, without giving a reason and without incurring additional costs (except for the exceptions set out below).
To exercise this right, the Client must inform Arzenon of the decision to withdraw within the stated period by means of an unambiguous statement, e.g. an email to info.arzenon@gmail.com, stating their name, the details of the agreement concluded, and the decision to withdraw from the agreement.
2. When the right of withdrawal may be lost
Under consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal from services agreements may be lost if:
- the Client has expressly agreed (in writing or by another means recorded on a durable medium) that provision of the service should begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, and
- the Client has acknowledged that, once the service has been fully provided (or once its performance has fully begun, where a certain scope of the service is provided), they lose the right to withdraw from the agreement.
In practice this means: if the Client asks Arzenon to begin work (e.g. an SEO audit, technical changes, Google Business Profile optimization) before the 14 days have elapsed, and expressly consents to this, the right of withdrawal may be lost in proportion to the work already performed, or in full if the service has already been provided in its entirety.
If performance of the agreement began at the Client's request while the withdrawal period was still running, and the Client subsequently exercises the right of withdrawal, the Client must pay for the services provided up to the moment of notification of withdrawal, in proportion to the full scope of the agreement.
3. Withdrawal from / cancellation of monthly subscriptions
Several of Arzenon's services are provided as continuous subscriptions that renew automatically each month:
- VPS / server hosting and management (from €40/mo.);
- Website maintenance (from €12/week, €30/month or €200/year — the Client chooses the billing frequency);
- Google Business Profile management (from €30/mo.);
- SEO, GEO and AEO optimization and the SEO + GEO + AEO package (these additionally carry a minimum 3-month commitment).
The same withdrawal and cancellation procedure applies to all of them:
- for the first subscription agreement, if the Client is a consumer, the 14-day right of withdrawal described above applies (with the same exceptions, if provision of the service began with the Client's consent);
- for subsequent cancellation of an already-running subscription, the general cancellation procedure applies: the Client may opt out of further subscription renewal by giving Arzenon written notice (by email) 30 days before the start of the next billing period (7 days for weekly billing);
- for services carrying a minimum 3-month commitment (SEO, GEO, AEO and the package), cancellation takes effect no earlier than the end of that minimum term. No minimum term applies to VPS / server hosting, website maintenance, or Google Business Profile management — these can be cancelled at any point using the procedure above;
- cancellation stops only future payments — a billing period that has already been paid for and started is non-refundable (see our Refund Policy).
When VPS / server hosting is cancelled, we agree a deadline for migrating your data or handing over a backup before the server is shut down, so that no Client data is lost.
4. What cannot be cancelled once the work has been handed over
Where a specific, separately paid stage of work or final deliverable (e.g. a website that has been completed and handed over to the Client, an SEO audit that has been performed and delivered) has already been fully completed and handed over to the Client, that stage is considered performed and cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases where the work does not meet the agreed requirements.
