Last updated: 9 September 2026.
These terms of service (hereinafter — the Terms) govern the relationship between MB Arzenon, company code 308127383, registered address Krokuvos g. 53-3, Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter — Arzenon or we), and the client (hereinafter — the Client) who uses or orders the services provided by Arzenon. By using our services, signing a services agreement, or approving a proposal, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Arzenon is MB Arzenon, a small partnership registered in Lithuania (company code 308127383), providing digital visibility services to businesses in Lithuania and abroad. You can contact us by email at info.arzenon@gmail.com or at Krokuvos g. 53-3, Vilnius, Lithuania.
2. Scope of services
Arzenon provides the following digital visibility services:
- SEO optimization — improving website visibility in traditional Google search;
- GEO optimization — improving visibility in AI search engines and generative answers;
- AEO optimization — adapting content for voice assistants and direct answers;
- Google Business Profile management — ongoing profile management, optimization and reporting, provided as a monthly subscription;
- Website maintenance — ongoing technical maintenance, updates, backups and monitoring, provided as a monthly subscription;
- VPS / server hosting — server hosting with management and monitoring, provided as a monthly subscription;
- Website design — designing and building new websites adapted for search engines (a one-off project).
The specific scope, timeframes and price of the services provided to each Client are set out in an individual proposal or agreement concluded before work begins.
3. How we work together
Cooperation with Arzenon generally follows these stages:
- Consultation — we get to know the Client's business, goals and current situation;
- Proposal — we prepare an individual proposal covering scope of work, timeframes and price;
- Agreement / approval — the parties agree and confirm the terms of cooperation;
- Delivery — we perform the agreed services, keeping the Client informed of progress and results.
Specific stage timeframes and interim deliverables may vary depending on the nature of the service and are discussed individually for each project.
4. Payment terms
- Services are paid for against an invoice issued by Arzenon;
- Unless the agreement or proposal states otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days of the issue date;
- For one-off projects (e.g. website design), an advance payment may apply before work begins — specific terms are set out in the proposal;
- In the event of late payment, Arzenon reserves the right to suspend provision of services until the debt is settled, having notified the Client in advance.
5. Monthly subscriptions
The following services are provided as continuous monthly subscriptions: Google Business Profile management (from €30/mo.), website maintenance (from €12/week, €30/month or €200/year — the Client chooses the billing frequency), VPS / server hosting (from €40/mo.), SEO optimization (from €350/mo.), GEO optimization (from €500/mo.), AEO optimization (from €500/mo.), and the SEO + GEO + AEO package. The final price depends on the scope selected and is stated in the proposal or agreement. The following terms apply to all of these services:
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically each month until the Client cancels it in accordance with the procedure set out in these Terms;
- Minimum term. A minimum 3-month commitment applies to SEO, GEO and AEO optimization and to the SEO + GEO + AEO package, counted from the start of service delivery. No separate minimum term applies to Google Business Profile management, website maintenance, or VPS / server hosting — the length of the commitment is set by the billing cycle chosen (for example, the annual website maintenance plan is paid 12 months in advance);
- Cancellation. The Client may cancel the subscription at any time by giving Arzenon written notice (by email) 30 days before the start of the next billing period. For weekly billing, 7 days' notice is sufficient — the notice period cannot be longer than the billing cycle itself. Cancellation takes effect from the start of the next billing cycle; payments for a billing period already started are non-refundable;
- Consequences of non-payment. If payment for the current period is not received within the stated deadline, Arzenon has the right to suspend Google Business Profile management services, having notified the Client in advance by email, until the debt is settled or the subscription is formally cancelled.
6. Client obligations
So that we can provide services to a high standard, the Client undertakes to:
- provide the required access to the website, Google Business Profile, analytics and other systems in good time;
- supply the content, business information and other materials necessary to provide the services;
- provide comments, approvals or feedback on completed work in good time;
- inform Arzenon of any changes in the business that affect the services provided.
If the Client does not meet these obligations, this may affect delivery timeframes and results, for which Arzenon does not accept responsibility in such cases.
7. Limitation of liability
Arzenon provides its services professionally and in good faith, but notes that:
- SEO, GEO and AEO results depend on many factors outside Arzenon's control — search engine (e.g. Google) algorithms, competition, market changes and other external circumstances — and therefore Arzenon does not guarantee specific positions in search results, traffic, or sales growth;
- Arzenon is not responsible for the decisions, algorithm changes or availability issues of third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta and others);
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arzenon's liability to the Client is limited to direct damages and does not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the relevant service over the last 12 months;
- Arzenon is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or lost business opportunities.
8. Intellectual property
- Final deliverables handed over to the Client (e.g. a completed website and its content) become the Client's property after payment in full, unless the agreement states otherwise;
- Arzenon retains the rights to its methodologies, processes, templates, tools and internal know-how used to deliver the services; these are not transferred to the Client together with the final deliverable;
- Until full payment for the work performed, Arzenon retains the rights to the results created.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the cooperation by giving the other party written notice (by email) within the timeframes set out in the agreement or, if no timeframe is specified in the agreement, 30 days in advance. The agreement may also be terminated immediately if the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy them within a reasonable period after written notice. Payment for work performed up to the moment of termination remains due.
10. Governing law
These Terms and the agreements concluded on their basis are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the procedure laid down by law.
