A website that keeps working after launch
Building a website is only the beginning. Without ongoing maintenance it slowly ages: security gaps appear, performance drops, links break. We look after the technical condition of your site continuously — so it stays fast, secure, and working, instead of being left to itself.
Pricing
Choose whichever billing cycle suits you — the scope of the service is identical either way.
- Weekly Most flexible — cancel any week from €12
- Monthly Most popular choice from €30
- Annually 44% less than paying monthly from €200
The final price depends on the scope of the website and the technologies it uses — we agree on it precisely before starting.
Prices are final — no VAT is added.
When website maintenance is worth it
- You have a website (built by us or by another team), but nobody looks after it regularly — updates, security, and uptime are left to chance.
- You don’t have anyone in-house who can keep track of the technical side of the site on an ongoing basis.
- You want your website to stay fast, secure, and available — without unexpected downtime or technical failures.
- You’re planning to invest in visibility (SEO, GEO, AEO) and want the technical foundation underneath it to be in order.
Ongoing maintenance, not a one-off job
The subscription covers this work every month — the scope can be adapted to how complex your website is.
Core and plugin updates
We regularly update the content management system (CMS), the framework, and the plugins and libraries in use, so the site runs on the newest, most secure versions.
Backups
We create regular backups and store them separately from the website itself. We periodically test that a backup actually restores — an untested backup is only an assumption that everything is fine.
Uptime monitoring
Automated monitoring checks whether the site is reachable and alerts us to outages — in most cases we learn about a problem before your customers do.
Link and security checks
We check for broken links, SSL certificate validity, and known vulnerabilities in the components you use, so issues get resolved before they turn serious.
Small content updates
We handle minor content changes — updating text, images, or contact details — so the site always reflects current information.
Performance checks
We periodically review Core Web Vitals — LCP, INP, and CLS — so performance doesn’t gradually degrade as content grows or new components are added.
Monthly report
Each month you receive a report listing the updates made, any issues spotted, uptime statistics, and recommendations if something is worth addressing in advance.
The metrics you see in the report
The value of maintenance is only visible when it’s documented — so each month you get a concrete list, not a reassurance that “everything is fine”.
- Website availability (uptime) for the month
- Updates applied — core system, plugins, libraries
- Backups created and verified
- SSL certificate validity
- Core Web Vitals — changes in LCP, INP, and CLS
- Broken links and errors found and fixed
Your input is minimal
Maintenance happens in the background — there’s nothing for you to do day to day. All we need is access and one contact for urgent cases.
- Access to the content management system and the hosting or server
- Access to the domain’s DNS settings — in case they need to be changed
- A contact person to notify about critical incidents
- A short technical review before we start — so both sides know exactly what will be maintained
A well-kept website is a better foundation for visibility
A technically sound, fast website is a better foundation for any visibility work — both classic SEO optimization and visibility in AI search engines. When a site runs stably and quickly, other optimization efforts deliver more value instead of fighting an outdated technical base.
An honest view of results
Ongoing maintenance reduces the risk of your site going down, becoming vulnerable, or slowing down — but we can’t guarantee that problems will never appear, because technologies and security threats keep changing. What we do guarantee is consistent, monthly attention to your website, a fast response to issues we spot, and a clear report on what was done.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as Google Business Profile management?
No — these are different services. Google Business Profile management takes care of your profile on Google Maps and in local search, while website maintenance covers the technical condition of the website itself: updates, security, uptime, and backups. Many clients use both together, but you can also choose just one.
Can I get this service if my website wasn’t built by Arzenon?
Yes, we can usually maintain a site built by someone else. Before starting, we run a short technical review to confirm the site is built on a platform we can work with and to understand its current condition.
How does billing work?
You can choose how to pay: weekly (from €12), monthly (from €30), or annually (from €200). The scope of the service is the same in every case — only the billing frequency differs, and the annual plan works out around 44% cheaper than paying monthly. The final price depends on the scope of the website and the technologies it uses. The subscription renews automatically at the end of the period you choose, until you decide to cancel.
What happens if a serious technical problem appears on the site?
We notify you about any issues we spot as quickly as possible and discuss how they will be resolved. Larger pieces of work that fall outside the monthly maintenance scope are discussed and quoted separately.
