Infrastructure someone actually looks after
We provide and manage VPS and hosting environments for your website or system — this isn’t simple hosting resale. We take care of the technical server side — security, monitoring, updates, and backups — so you don’t have to.
Pricing
from €40/mo.
~€10/wk.
The final price depends on the resources required, the load, and the scope of management — we agree on it precisely before starting.
The price is final — no VAT is added.
When a managed server is the right choice
- Your website or system has outgrown what a shared hosting plan can offer and needs more resources and stability.
- You want someone else to take care of the server — updates, security, monitoring — instead of trying to do it yourself.
- You’re planning to grow and want infrastructure that can be scaled to handle increasing traffic.
- You want a clear point of contact when a technical problem with the server comes up, rather than a queue at a generic support centre.
What the service includes
Not just hosting — full technical care of the server.
Server setup and configuration
We configure the entire environment around your system’s needs — the web server, the runtime, the database, and an SSL certificate with automatic renewal.
Your data stays in the EU
Servers are kept in European Union data centres, so your data and your customers’ data is never moved outside the EU — an important point when assessing GDPR compliance.
Security hardening and updates
We configure the firewall, SSH key-based login instead of passwords, and protection against automated attacks, and we apply security updates regularly.
Uptime and load monitoring
We monitor server availability, CPU and memory load, and remaining disk space — so we catch a problem before it takes the site down.
Regular backups
We create regular server and database backups, store them separately from the server itself, and periodically verify that they actually restore.
Migration from your current server
If your site is already hosted somewhere, we handle the migration — planning it so downtime is as short as possible, and taking care of the DNS changes.
Technical support when problems arise
If a technical issue comes up, we resolve it ourselves — there’s no need to deal with a hosting provider’s generic support centre.
Scaling advice
As traffic or load grows, we advise on the resource or infrastructure changes needed to keep the system running smoothly.
The metrics we track continuously
What separates a managed server from plain hosting is exactly this: someone actually watches these numbers instead of waiting for your call.
- Server availability and response time
- CPU, RAM, and disk space usage
- Backup status and restore verification
- SSL certificate validity and automatic renewal
- Security update status
- Unusual traffic or repeated login attempts
Your input is minimal
We handle the server setup, the migration, and the ongoing management ourselves. From you we need access and information about the system.
- Access to your current server or hosting — if we’re migrating a live website
- Access to the domain’s DNS management
- Information about the technologies in use and approximate traffic — we size the resources accordingly
- A contact person for urgent technical matters
A solid foundation for a new or maintained website
This service pairs naturally with website design — when we build a new site, it can go straight into a reliable, managed environment. If the site already exists but the infrastructure needs an upgrade, VPS hosting can be combined with our website maintenance service — so the technical side is covered both at the server level and at the website level.
An honest view of results
Managed infrastructure reduces the risks tied to poor server performance, security gaps, or neglected maintenance — but we can’t promise a specific uptime percentage or guarantee that outages will never happen, since that also depends on external factors such as the data centre or the network provider. What we do guarantee is continuous monitoring, a fast response to issues we spot, and a careful, transparent approach to your infrastructure.
Frequently asked questions
How much does managed VPS / server hosting cost?
Pricing starts from €40/mo. (~€10/wk.). The final amount depends on the resources required (CPU, memory, storage), the load on your website or system, and the scope of management — we agree on it precisely after a free consultation.
How is this different from a regular shared hosting plan?
On a shared hosting plan your website shares resources with many other sites and you depend on the provider’s generic support centre. A VPS gives you dedicated resources, and the management service means the technical server-side work — updates, security, monitoring — is handled by us, not by a generic, impersonal system.
Can I get this service if my website wasn’t built by Arzenon?
Yes, we can usually do that. Before starting, we run a short technical review to understand the existing environment and properly plan the migration or the setup of the new infrastructure.
Does this include building a new website?
No — this service covers the infrastructure and its management. If you also need a new website, we handle that through our separate website design service, which can be combined with server hosting.
Where is the data physically stored?
In European Union data centres — your data and your customers’ data is not moved outside the EU. This simplifies GDPR compliance, as there’s no need to rely on additional mechanisms for transferring data outside the EU.
Will I be able to move to another provider if I decide to leave?
Yes. The data and backups are yours — we hand them over to you or to your new provider. We don’t use solutions that would technically lock you in.
